Handbags

I've started making some more bags and this style is a great handbag size. Fully lined with internal pockets and a magnetic closure, the body is designer fabric and covered in PVC. These bags are approx 35cm wide and 25cm high. I won't be making any two bags exactly the same so you can be sure you will have a unique bag. Look out for some retro and hippy designs coming up!

New clutch purse

This is a new shape of clutch purse, the zip is 18cm long and the measurement from the middle of the purse to the bottom of the curve is 10cm. It's big enough for a phone, keys and cards or you could use it as a makeup bag. This style of purse is covered on both sides with designer fabric (this one is Amy Butler) and a PVC coating.

Some more clutch purses. The zips are 18cm long. The purses will fit your phone, keys, a bit of makeup and some cash. Very flat and light so great to post to someone as an original gift. Lined purses are $17.50 and unlined are $16.50

Pendants and necklace

I've just started making pendants again after a long break over the holidays. I am feeling motivated with the upcoming Pod Collective market at Breezes on the 5th April, so hope to have lots of nice things ready for that. These pendants are 1 inch square and using Chiyogami papers and glass tiles they are on 2mm black leather cord. These ones are $22.95 each

The other blue and green necklace features beads made from the Gladstone tourist map and which have been rolled and lacquered to make them hard and tough. This necklace also has turquoise and natural stone beads and Swarovski crystals.

more Lavender birds

Here are some more birds made from preloved jeans and filled with organic lavender buds. Great to hang in your wardrobe, just squeeze them to release the fragrance. These are $9.50 each.

Envirosax

I now have a huge range of Envirosax in stock with lots of new designs. Envirosax are $9.50 each or a 5 pack is $39.95. I have some new great kids designs too. The 5 packs and kids designs don't last long so if you are interested get in early.

Clutch purses

Here are the latest clutch purses I've made. All of these ones are lined and the designer fabric is covered with PVC. The other side of the purse is denim, with some featuring embroidery stitching. These are great to take out with you when you just want to carry your phone, keys, a bit of makeup and some cash. They are also great for gifts as they are light and flat and easy to post. I have a large range of fabrics so if you don't see one you like here, I can make them to order. The lined purses are $17.50 and the unlined ones are $16.50.

Library bag

This library bag has Alexander Henry 'Regent Skulls' in pink for the patch and i've put a cute ladybug eyelet and a small bead drop with flower charm on the drawstrings. It's 50 x 35cm and was fun to make. I haven't made any library bags before, could be addictive....

New Envirosax coming soon

Envirosax are the only product I sell that I don't make myself. This is because I think it is such an excellent product I really wanted to make them available to my customers. Envirosax roll up to fit in your bag and they are durable and lightweight and also is several great designs. 5 packs are available which are a great price. Singles are $9.75 and 5 packs are $39.95. Envirosax make great presents and are really useful for grocery shopping, swimming bags, kids overnight bags, library bags or beach bags. I keep 4 in my handbag all the time.

Cute cushion

I made this cushion for Holly for Prep, I put the ribbon loop on so she can carry it. Holly picked the fabric, it's a Japanese cotton linen, nice and thick with cute frog faces.

Christmas and New Year

It's been nice having a break over Christmas and New Year and thanks to everyone who has supported my new business in the last 6 months. The lead up to Christmas was so busy and now it's nice to just relax a bit more and spend time with the kids in the holidays. I hope to put some new things on my blog in January, I am busy with a big card order for W.A. at the moment, a bit of a change from doing lots of sewing. Organic lavender birds

Here are some more birds to hang in your wardrobe, or on your Christmas tree. Made from recycled denim they are stuffed with Organic Lavender and smell divine!

Earth and Spice necklace

This necklace features Chiyogami paper for the pendant design and the necklace has copper coloured Swarovski crystals, amber beads, silver , wood and wood lace stone beads. This looks great with any brown or earthy coloured clothes and is on a flexible heavy duty silver beading cord that won't kink.

New Clutch Purses

I had an Open Day on the 4th of December and sold all my clutch purses so these are a few new ones I've made. These all have 18cm zips and the Black and White and the Black White and Red are a large size, more like a small bag, with PVC covering both sides.
