Using old things

I made this card from the Handy Hints section of a 1973 Women's Weekly, and this cute cupcake fabric, to go with one of the bookmarks above. The beads in the bookmarks are made from a page with a French Fruit Flan recipe and photos from the January 3, 1973 edition.

Coin purses

More coin purses - dark denim on one side and vinyl coated fabric on the other side. You can wipe these clean. Great for cards, coins, or any other small things that get lost in your bag. These come in 2 sizes, some with 10cm zips but mostly 13cm zips.

Organic lavender birds

These cute birds are filled with organic lavender - a great gift for someone to hang in their wardrobe, or anywhere in the house where you want the beautiful smell of lavender.

Pyramid Purses

These pyramid purses are for a little girl to use as a small bag. They have a purple patchwork print yo-yo and patch with matching handle.

Coin purses

These coin purses are made with a dark blue denim on one side and the other has fabric which has been coated in vinyl. You can wipe it clean and not worry about it getting dirty. These are a great gift, cheap to post and as they are so bright they are easy to find in your bag.

pyramid purse

This pyramid purse is made from Valorie Wells fabric in a bright aqua with aqua lining and a black leather strap. Great for keeping your phone and keys in while you go for a walk, or just to keep small things in inside your handbag.

Boys vintage alphabet shirts

These brown t-shirts are size 1 and 3 and they look great with the vintage alphabet and ruler patches. There are around 5 different alphabet patches to choose from in this fabric.

A few things I did today

This shabby little lavender birdie is made from recycled denim
I love this cute kitten fabric, very 70s

I made this name necklace today for a little girl called Molly, the photo really doesn't do it justice to show off the crystals, it really looks pretty with the green and purple together.

Collage cards

I just knew those old memory game cards would be something I could use when I saw them at Vinnies. Also the old Hamlet companion textbook has some great illustrations in it. Collage cards are such fun to make, a small piece of art, they look good framed too.

Precious Pegs - Fridge magnets

Here are some of the latest Peg magnets I've made, I have sold most of my other ones so thought I'd do up a new batch. These are all with Japanese Yuzen paper. They are great for a very inexpensive but very useful gift for Christmas!

Vintage girls t-shirt

Another gorgeous fabric of little girls, love this one too!

cards

These fabric cards are fun to make.... one of my fabric suppliers gave me a tip about making these and they are great. If you are looking for some amazing fabrics have a look at Posie's fabric shop at http://www.posie.com.au/new%20posie%20page%20fabric%20shop.html

more skulls and roses

This shirt is a size 12, I mostly do smaller sizes but thought this would be better in this size. It looks great with the pink shirt and I have small pieces of this fabric in blue and brown too.

Gorgeous singlets

I love this new fabric, I got it from Tokyo and will be making some necklaces with some of the cute little animals on it too, I think these singlets look really cute, these ones are size 2.

t-shirt for me

I thought I'd better make myself a t-shirt so I chose this really bright flower fabric on a black t-shirt, and the other is Holly's t-shirt, she loves this Japanese fabric.

Pyramid Purses

Check out these groovy purses, I love making these ones...
